Call for proposals to MA students of American Studies or related fields

Our MA-level graduate conference Urban America: Mediating City Space as Place, taking place on April 2, 2016 in Leipzig (Germany) will investigate the construction, mediation, and representation of urban spaces and places on an interdisciplinary level.
Proposals are due by January 8, 2016.

This conference is the opportunity for students to present and discuss their own research and to gain conference experience early on in their careers.
Please note that there will be no conference fee and that a limited number of travel grants maybe available on a case-by-case basis.
