The readers will enable students to get to know various aspects of these two societies, such as politics, multiculturalism, education and art. Students will prepare their own presentations of various topic concerning UK and US culture and present them during the seminar<\/span><br \/>\n<strong><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">Attendance:<\/span><\/strong><br \/>\n<strong><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">All students must attend the first lecture\u00a0 and one of the seminar groups (you may choose the group you wish to attend). Please wait for the schedule to be announced.<\/span><\/strong><br \/>\n<strong><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">The classes start in October. Students must attend the classes regularly (have no more than three absences). They must prepare for classes and write assignments as instructed.
