{"id":18830,"date":"2012-06-28T16:31:19","date_gmt":"2012-06-28T15:31:19","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/anglist.ffzg.unizg.hr\/?page_id=18830"},"modified":"2024-07-03T17:21:52","modified_gmt":"2024-07-03T16:21:52","slug":"guide-to-graduation-paperwork","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/anglist.ffzg.unizg.hr\/?page_id=18830&lang=en","title":{"rendered":"Guide to Graduation Paperwork"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"line-height: normal;\" align=\"center\"><span style=\"color: #336699;\"><strong>Guide to Graduation Paperwork at the Department of English<\/strong><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #d0dcfa;\">____________________________________________________________________________<\/span><strong><br \/>\n<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><strong>PRE- AND POST-VIVA PROCEDURE<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify; line-height: normal;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Pursuant to the <em>Master\u2019s Thesis Resolution<\/em> of the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, University of Zagreb, student proceeds to viva examination (thesis defence) upon completion of all prescribed requirements of a specific graduate programme of the Department of English.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify; line-height: normal;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><strong>Pre-viva procedure:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: small;\">The Certificate verifying completion of all graduate programme requirements, i.e. exams, (hereinafter: the Certificate) is collected from the Registrar\u2019s Office:<br \/>\n<strong>REQUIREMENTS available at:<\/strong><br \/>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/web2020.ffzg.unizg.hr\/studentska-sluzba\/obrasci\/diplomski-studij\/hodogram\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">https:\/\/web2020.ffzg.unizg.hr\/studentska-sluzba\/obrasci\/diplomski-studij\/hodogram\/<\/a> (available only in Croatian)<br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"line-height: normal; text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><strong>FORMS available at:<\/strong><br \/>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/web2020.ffzg.unizg.hr\/studentska-sluzba\/obrasci\/diplomski-studij\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">https:\/\/web2020.ffzg.unizg.hr\/studentska-sluzba\/obrasci\/diplomski-studij\/<\/a> (available only in Croatian<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-size: small;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #2b6d99;\">*<\/span> Non-Croatian speaking students <\/strong>can contact the head of the department and\/or the department secretary at&nbsp;<a href=\"mailto:anglistika@ffzg.hr\">anglistika@ffzg.hr<\/a> for assistance with Croatian forms and online procedure.<\/span><strong><\/p>\n<p><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-size: small;\"><strong><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Post-viva procedure:<br \/>\n<\/span><\/strong><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Pursuant to the Faculty\u2019s decision on the online viva procedure as of April 2020, students are <strong>obliged to upload their MA thesis to the Faculty\u2019s open access repository <em>ODRAZ<\/em> at <\/strong><a href=\"https:\/\/repozitorij.ffzg.unizg.hr\/\">https:\/\/repozitorij.ffzg.unizg.hr\/<\/a><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">While <em>ODRAZ<\/em> interface is available in English, all guidelines are currently available only in Croatian.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">All non-Croatian speaking students who have completed the viva procedure at the Department of English can contact the Department librarian Mila Marsic at <a href=\"mailto:mmarsic@ffzg.hr\">mmarsic@ffzg.hr<\/a> for further instructions about <em>ODRAZ<\/em>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><\/p>\n<p><\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Guide to Graduation Paperwork at the Department of English ____________________________________________________________________________ PRE- AND POST-VIVA PROCEDURE Pursuant to the Master\u2019s Thesis Resolution of the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, University of Zagreb, student proceeds to viva examination (thesis defence) upon completion of all prescribed requirements of a specific graduate programme of the Department of English.
